Hi, I’m Viktoria.

As a functional wellness and nutrition expert, I help people not only improve their health but transform their lives through sustainable, science-backed strategies. My focus is on building resilience, energy, and well-being that lasts, so my clients can feel their best—and stay that way.

My journey here was unexpected but deeply personal. Years ago, I was living what I thought was my dream life in New York City, working in the fashion industry. The fast-paced lifestyle, endless social events, and relentless demands of the job took a toll I hadn’t anticipated. Despite always prioritizing “healthy” habits, I found myself sick more often than not, struggling with anxiety and exhaustion, and relying on caffeine just to get through the day. Panic attacks became part of my weekly routine, and despite trying everything I thought would help, I was constantly battling with low energy and poor health.

I thought I was living my dream life, but my body was telling a different story. Sometimes, the pursuit of success can mask the need for true wellness.

After countless doctors' visits, I realized that the answer wouldn’t come from a single prescription or quick fix. I started researching, reading about nutrition, health, and how our daily habits impact our performance and energy levels. What began as a personal quest turned into a calling. I trained extensively, took formal education in integrative nutrition, and started sharing my findings with friends and family, who came to trust my guidance implicitly

Today, I bring all those years of learning, personal experience, and professional training into my work as a wellness coach. I’m here to show my clients that true wellness isn’t about rigid diets or endless optimization. Instead, it’s about listening to your body, nourishing it well, and recharging your inner battery to unlock your natural resilience and vitality.

These days, I’m living in a way that feels balanced, sustainable, and true to what my body needs.

It’s not about ‘having it all figured out’—it’s about continuously learning and making small, meaningful choices that add up to feeling better, day by day.

Some days are still challenging, but with the right tools, I’m able to handle them with a sense of resilience and calm I never knew was possible. And that’s the energy and clarity I’m passionate about helping others find in their own lives.

The past two decades have changed our understanding of health and aging. We now have a better perspective on “why we age, why we don’t have to and what can we do to reverse it.”

Health is not the idea of “an absence of disease” anymore. Health is your performance, good mood, energy levels and your ability to live and enjoy life fully -and aging is exact opposite. 

The way we look is a reflection of our health and well being. And it’s not just about lack of sleep or that second glass of wine from last night. Your lifestyle and eating habits have a direct correlation on your appearance and body. 

I utilize an integrative, comprehensive and personalized approach. Meaning, I look at your body as an entire system and not just working on your symptoms.  Symptoms are great signals that something is off in your body. Together we will work on improving your lifestyle. I will help you build a new routine by improving your everyday habits which benefit specific aspects your body’s overall health and well-being. 

I  will develop practical and easy to follow steps on how to increase your energy levels, performance and unlock your body’s full potential. I will also help steer you away from so called  “healthy trends” that are not always beneficial.
